WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I live in Portishead near Bristol and I photograph weddings across the beautiful South West, from Bristol, Bath and Somerset to the Cotswolds, Devon and Cornwall. I'm happy to travel so if you're getting married a little further afield and would like to know if I can help, please contact me.
HOW DO WE BOOK?
The first step is to complete the availability form on my website to confirm if I'm free on your wedding date. If I'm available I'll send you a copy of my digital wedding guide. To book your wedding date I'll need a signed contract and non-refundable booking fee of £350 to secure the date. The balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding.
CAN WE MEET YOU BEFORE WE BOOK?
Absolutely! If you would like to arrange a meeting in the Bristol / Somerset area to chat about your wedding plans and find out more about my photography please just let me know. If you're located further afield or if it's easier for you to chat on the phone, please just let me know and we can arrange a telephone call or a Facetime/ Zoom chat!
DO YOU SUPPLY PRINTS AND ALBUMS?
All wedding bookings include a complimentary set of beautiful fine art prints which are delivered with your USB. Additional prints and USBs are available to purchase separately after your wedding. I'm also happy to recommend printers I've tried and tested.
I will soon be adding a luxury album to my collection of products. Please check back soon for further updates! Until then don't forget that all photography packages include high-resolution digital copies of your final images to print.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND ANY WEDDING SUPPLIERS?
Yes, absolutely. I have lots of connections with some amazing wedding suppliers in Bristol, Somerset and Devon, from florists to hair stylists, makeup artists, stationers and independent designers and I would love to share my list of recommended suppliers with you.
DO YOU TAKE GROUP PHOTOS?
Yes, absolutely. I think that group photographs are a hugely important part of a wedding but I do suggest you limit these to no more than 10 in total to help avoid long disruptions to your wedding day. If you prefer not to have any group photographs then that's fine too!
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
I invest in professional quality equipment to produce beautiful photographs. I use two professional full-frame Canon DSLR cameras and carry a range of professional lenses. I also carry back-ups and plenty of memory cards and batteries, so you can rest assured I am fully prepared!
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, I have both professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance in place. I can provide clients with certificates of insurance if required.
WHO EDITS THE IMAGES?
All images in your final collection are carefully edited by me using my signature style, with lots of light and soft pastel tones, to produce a set of bright and beautiful images for you to treasure. I will include a mixture of colour and black & white images in the final collection.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?
This depends on a few factors, such as how many hours coverage you book, how many guests will be at your wedding and whether your booking includes a second photographer (available to book at an additional cost). Every wedding is different so it's difficult to say exactly how many photographs you will receive. As a rough guide you can usually expect around 200+ images for a half day and 400+ images for a full day.
HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
As soon as your images are ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to your online gallery so you can view and download your images and share the gallery with family and friends. Shortly after, you will receive your high-resolution images beautifully designed USB in luxury packaging.
