PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT
If you're nervous about having professional photos taken or you're just a little unsure about how you'll feel during your couples photographs on the day, then I strongly recommend booking an engagement shoot. It's such a great opportunity to get used to being in front of the camera and help settle any nerves!
GET TO KNOW ME MORE BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
I really like to get to know couples before their wedding and an engagement shoot is a lovely way to help us get to know each other before your special day. We can arrange to meet for a coffee before the engagement shoot so we have a good chance to have a catch up and talk about your wedding plans! Engagement shoots are a fantastic way to get to know how I work and how I might help guide you with your couples photographs so you know what to expect on your wedding day.
WEDDING STATIONERY AND WEBSITES
Some couples like to use special photographs for their wedding stationery / save the dates or even on their wedding website. If this is you, then why not book an engagement shoot so you can use a set of professional photographs.
GET TO KNOW YOUR WEDDING VENUE
If your wedding venue is happy for us to have your engagement shoot at the venue, then it can be a really great way to practice your couples photos, explore the space and find the best locations for photos on your wedding day!
TIME
Time is precious on your wedding day, but we are not rushed for time with an engagement shoot so we can take a little longer for you to practice being in front of the camera and just enjoy spending some time together during the lead up to the day whilst capturing some special images to treasure.
YOU WOULD JUST LIKE SOME PRETTY PHOTOGRAPHS!
You don't always have to have a reason to book an engagement shoot - if you would just like to have some beautiful photos together then that's absolutely one of the reasons they are available to book!
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
All engagement shoots include the following:
A catch up over a cup of coffee before the photoshoot to give us the chance to get to know each other, chat about your wedding plans and run through my tips for the photoshoot.
A one hour photoshoot either at your wedding venue or at a location of your choice in Bristol and Somerset. I work across the South West so I can travel further afield if you wish, but please note travel charges may apply.
The final collection of high resolution images from the photoshoot delivered to you in a password-protected online gallery ready for you to download within 4 weeks of your photoshoot. The images will be edited in my signature natural style with lots of light and soft pastel tones. Images are also available to download in low resolution from the online gallery, ideal for sharing on social media.
